Customers may request access to information we have about your account at anytime the account is active. VoiceVoice will also provide you with information about whether we hold, or process on behalf of a third party, any of your personal information. VoiceVoice will maintain copies of all records and data in the account for quality control purposes. Participants may request to “unsubscribe” or “do not contact” via automated links or by emailing email@example.com and VoiceVoice will honor such requests in a reasonable timeframe. However, since we provide your information to customers, we cannot be responsible if the customer continues to contact you. Please contact the customer directly, or we can pass an a message to them on a best-efforts basis. Please contact us here if you need assistance in updating or reviewing your information. VoiceVoice will respond to your access request to review the information we have on file for you within a reasonable time.
We take significant precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the Service, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as email addresses, phone numbers, other personally identifying information, or credit card numbers), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. VoiceVoice may choose to record some or all of the conversations happening on the Service. Recordings may include your and fellow participants' individual video feeds, as well as the group video feed, your names, and the conversation that takes place.
VoiceVoice may choose to archive or delete any recordings of VoiceVoice events for the purpose of reducing storage, or for other purposes. The creation of a recording of your event does not create the obligation to make it available for any particular length of time.
VoiceVoice may access participant records for testing, service quality analysis, usage metrics and quality assurance purposes.
Don't worry—we won't publicize your video or voice in any way without your explicit written permission.
VoiceVoice reserves the right to apply limits to the Service, such as the number of people who can participate in an event at one time, the length of a conference, the hours during which a event can be held, and any other limits VoiceVoice implements.
VoiceVoice reserves the right to modify, suspend or stop the Service (or any part thereof), either temporarily or permanently, at any time or from time to time, with or without prior notice to you. VoiceVoice may provide notice of any such changes to the Service by posting them on its website or sending email to the email on file. You acknowledge that VoiceVoice has no obligation to provide, or continue to provide the Service, or any part thereof, now or in the future.
As part of using the Service, VoiceVoice will provide users with the opportunity to submit comments, suggestions, or other feedback regarding the Service. You agree that in the absence of a separate written agreement to the contrary, VoiceVoice will be free to use any feedback provided by users for any purpose.
